SHORT BIO

David G. Wall currently focuses on project planning and scheduling. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. After college, David was employed as a Consulting Town Engineer for several Dutchess County and Putnam County municipalities. In 1985 he began his career in construction with the building of IBM Global Services Headquarters in Somers, NY. Spending several years in Manhattan and Los Angeles, he worked on projects at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Yankee Stadium and Euro Disneyland. He relocated to Albany, NY to construct the Times Union Center. In 2004, David became Vice President of Construction Management at BBL Construction Services, LLC – one of New York’s largest General Contractors/Construction Managers. In 2014 David moved to M+W Group US, as Senior Construction Manager on the Global Foundries Technology Development Center in Malta, NY. Responsible for a staff of over 70 managers, superintendents and technicians, David's team put in place almost $1 Billion worth of semiconductor construction in just 18 months.  Over his 30 years of engineering and construction experience, David and his project teams have been awarded the prestigious “Build New York Award” five times, received numerous Historic Preservation accolades, and achieved an ENR Project of the Year in 2013.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer.
