BIOGRAPHY

Betty Wall founded TechEdge Consulting in 2013 after a career focused on technology, and project planning and scheduling.

Betty was a Partner and Owner of LPA Software Solutions, a 50-person Analytics and AI consulting and professional services firm. The company was recently acquired by Converge Technologies Solutions Corporation. Responsible for Marketing and Strategy, she lead LPA’s marketing campaign development and rebranding efforts to assist in growing LPA’s client list by 300%, from 200 to 600 clients in 5 years. The firm was known on the national stage as one of the premier analytics firms in the U.S. and a Platinum partner for IBM, winning their esteemed global Beacon Finalist award.

At IBM she was responsible for leading some of IBM’s largest global projects with clients including: New York State Government, General Electric, ABB Ltd. of Zurich, Switzerland, United Technologies, Xerox, Sony, Whirlpool and Panasonic. She worked with IBM’s CEO in developing account strategies and making C-suite client calls to close sales valued at over $1.5 B. She leveraged a strong engineering, construction scheduling, data analytics, marketing and business background.

Betty lead and closed the largest IBM Global Business Services (GBS) deals in New York State Government with the Statewide Financial Services (SFS) implementation for the New York State Division of Budget and the Affordable Care Act healthcare project for the New York State Department of Health, Medicaid Health Homes program. 

She held many engineering management and facilities management positions at IBM’s semi-conductor chip fab facility, during the construction of IBM's 3-million square foot manufacturing clean room expansion.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, and completed graduate courses at Columbia University and Union College.

Betty is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of New York.

She completed the Executive MBA program at Harvard Business School, IBM’s premier education for selected Certified Account Executives.
